1. Information provided directly by you
When you become a Member on our website or fill out any forms on our Website in order to use any kind of our Services, you provide us information that can be used to identify you, provide you Services and/or contact you. This information may include, inter alia, full name, home address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, access to your personal information on your Facebook account.
2. Log data
Information that is delivered to us, and collected by us when you visit our website: this type of information may include, but not be limited to, the IP address from which you applied, time and date of access, type of browser used, language used, software crash reports, preferences using the Website, and feedback regarding the Services. Such information is stored by Print.me through an activity log unique to you. The aforesaid information is delivered to us by you and collected when you visit or use the Website. This information allows us to improve and to enrich the content and the Services offered on the Website, and also to adapt the Website, its content, and Services to users' preferences.
3. Content Data from Social Networks
Our products are designed and manufactured with content coming from Social Networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.) which might be Personal Information. You will be asked to grant us explicit permissions to access this data and so that we may provide our services and products to you. We fully comply with the privacy settings set by the owner of the content on the social network.
Collection of Information
Your Personal Information may be collected, processed, accessed, stored and use by us for the purpose of (i) providing the Services; (ii) operating and improving our Website and Services.
You do not have a legal duty to provide the Information, and providing it is subject to your willing consent. However, refusing to provide Information will prevent you from accessing parts of the Website and enjoying the Services.

Print.me will store your Information temporarily on its secured servers, for the purposes of giving you product price estimation, creating the Book preview, and creating the final Book after an order. All content is deleted after a reasonable period of time. We are not an online archiving service.
Your personal information is stored, collected, processed, accessed by us or third parties on our behalf, in the USA, or any other country in which we maintain facilities. By accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree to all transfers of Information outside of your country.
We may transfer your Information to jurisdictions outside the jurisdiction of the USA. The data protection and privacy laws of the jurisdictions to which the Information will be transferred may not be as comprehensive as those in the USA; in which case we will take measures to ensure a similar level of protection is provided to your Personal Information.
We will share your Personal Information with third parties that provide you services on our behalf, or that provide us services related to the Website or the Services, including, inter alia, maintenance services, payment processing, data analyzing, and data storage. By doing so, we will only delete the Information which is required to contact you by Direct Marketing, while the rest of the Information you submitted to us which is necessary in order to provide you with the Services will continue to be stored in our databases, but will be no longer be used for Direct Marketing.
We do not disclose Personal Information to advertisers. However, we may transfer statistical information regarding the activity of our Website users. Statistical information to be delivered will not identify you personally.
By becoming a Member, you are deemed as giving your consent to receive any promotional information from us. We cannot guarantee, nor do we represent, that there will be error-free performance regarding the privacy of your Personal Information, and we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages relating to the use or release of Personal Information including, but not limited to, disclosure of Personal Information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
